Stone Oak & North San Antonio Elementary Schools (NEISD)
When it comes to choosing a community to live in, the quality of schools can be big deciding factor. We have discussed a lot of great reasons to call the Stone Oak & North San Antonio area home & excellent schools is definitley one of those reasons.
The Stone Oak area & much of North San Antonio is served by the highly acclaimed North East Independant School District (NEISD), which features the highest rated schools in the city.
Let's start with the foundation: Elementarty Schools. Currently there are 45 Elementary Schools in the NEISD. Ten of these Elementary Schools are located in the Stone Oak area. Every one of the Elementary Schools in the Stone Oak area is Exemplary Rated...with the exception of the 2 Elementary Schools that opend in 2010, which are not yet rated.
Nearly every time I discuss community choices with people looking for a home in San Antonio (whether relocating to San Antonio or moving within the city), the concern of schools comes up. Even if schools are not a direct need, they schould always be considered for re-sale purposes. When this topic comes up, I never hesitate to recommend The Stone Oak & North San Antonio area. I think it is pretty safe to say that "the proof is in the pudding..." The Stone Oak & North San Antonio area definitely offers a great choice of excellent Elementary Schools.
