Just so you know...this would be my ideal day...other than spa services. But as a Professional REALTOR®, I'm attending a political function at 9:30 in the morning. At 10:30 I'm meeting another REALTOR® at my office and we're going to a neighborhood where I have a parcel of land (40+ acres) under contract. We have to get lot owners (at least 13) to sign off on a subdivision restriction. I've called ahead, so I think we're good to go. I have an offer coming in on one of my listings and I'm planning to meet the seller at 1:00. Got a basketball game at 4:00 and who knows what else might happen after that.
My chocolate fantasy would be 'the day of chocolate' but one must do what one must do! Happy Valentines Month to you too!
