Each year during Lent one of the very well attended events at Covenant Presbyterian Church are the Lent Wednesday night suppers and movie. As you can see below our very new church has a multi-media screen behind the pulpit.
Families come for supper at 6:00, the children break away for activities in the lower level and the adults repair to the sanctuary to watch a movie at 7:00.

We'd love to have you join us - we even pass a basket of chocolate during the movie. Popcorn would be too messy :)
We're easy to find - we're on Hoadly Road between Prince William Parkway and Dale Blvd.
This morning afer worship service I spent time as a committee member planning the meals and deciding on the movies - the meals are set - the movies are not, but they will be entertaining. This was a brief, but meaninful way to pay it forward. We know our time spent will make this an interesting community project.
