It is nice when the market actually helps us and takes an upswing. Hopefully that will continue for you! I am still waiting for it to happen here, but we are leveling out and the prices are dropping as fast, may and 1/4 percent per month, much better than the 2% a month from last year.

Glad to hear your rate of decline is slowing. We have a client here with a property in Ashland that has devalued greatly. She hopes to sell it at some point when she can make the numbers work. Hopefully with the national eceonomic news improving slightly we will see some positive effects on many real estate markets.
