It is best to use a Realtor for many reasons:
This is their profession, most Realtors love what they do, we don't get paid unless we sell a home, so we are on your side, we want to help you and we are looking our for your best interest!
We are licensed to sell real estate in our state, we are the professional and we take care of the legal paperwork for you. We do all the leg work, we market your home to sell it or we help you find a home to fit your needs.
We connect you with banks, mortgage companies and title companies, we spend our time, money and our knowledge to help you. We prepare all of the documents you need, we also help you with inspectors, staging, tips on selling and tips on buying etc... the list goes on and on.
We act as your guide, your assistant, you hire us to do a service and we are able to perform that service for you, we become your friend for at least 30 days as a buyer and up to 6 months and longer as a seller.
Have you had a bad experience with a Realtor, I would be shocked if you haven't. Have you had a bad experience with a Restaurant, a doctor, a car dealership, a lawyer? Of course you have. If you haven't consider yourself blessed!
