I love strolling through the MLS. I look at things that might be interesting, even if they are not in a market I serve.
I came upon this Pennsauken, New Jersey listing. An estate sale. A challenged listing. And, boy, did these listing agents rise to the challenge!
This, from the listing remarks: "This home offers asbestos siding, semi-shingled roof, some lead based paint, knob and tube electric, inground oil tank, broken main joist, boiler system, slat walls and more. The only thing missing is well and septic."
Pure genius! If you have a house that really ought to be torn down -- play it up! These folks don't try to hide the home's many faults. In fact, they play them up on the virtual tour!
