The Special Inspector General for the Bailout calling the Mortgage Servicesrecord abismal and Mortgage Modifications a total Failure; NAIHP has a campaign to overturn the Federal Rule - The Board of Governors for the Federal Reserve System (along with others) is spelling out the flaws of the Fed Rule - the NMLS requires all Loan Officers to have a registration number (so they can be tracked) unless you work for a Federal Bank, Trift, Credit Union or due less than 5 loans a year; VA loans have the best performance record even though they require No Down Payment & have a 100LTV.
