May the "Mod" not become the "model"

So as I promised in my previous blog, here is a video with a bit more information. It is vital that everyone understands that just because the feds create more regulations on an industry, doesn't necessarily equate to an improved scenario for the consumers. While I agree with fixing some of the problems that were occurring in our industry, things are usually taken to far. We need a level of sensibility to correct the problem, not over stepping bounds in order to over correct and create a while new set of problems that inhibit or hinder our clients from obtaining or maintaining the dream of home ownership.

With that all said, I will get off my soapbox before I fall and break something :) Have a wonderful week my friends!!!

That is great to hear Ed! We all need to be informed on what is actually going on out there. I think people have a false sense of security with the current administration and it's policies. I'm not taking sides, just pointing out what I see. Our clients need to stick to those closest to them for guidance. That is why it is so important to build that level of trust and not just be viewed as salesmen. We are advisors, and unlike the government, we can make sense to our "constituents" of what we see. Haha. Good luck out there!!!
