Foreclosed Homes in San Diego Climbs to 1 in 8
A study conducted by RealtyStudy.com showed one in eight homes for sale in San Diego County are foreclosure listings. Of the 19,300 homes listed for sale in San Diego, 2,400 of these are foreclosures. Perhaps even more alarming is that banks own 75% of properties held under the Real Estate Owned (REO) foreclosure inventory.
