HelenGaRealEstateHomes "Superbowl and Real Estate"

Real Estate Agent with No. Georgia Mountain Realty

Everyone in Helen Ga and the rest of the USA have either watched the Superbowl, or heard the outcome and commented on the commercials or game!   Most notable might be the mistake made in OUR National Anthem. Not knowing the words was a big mistake.  Not practicing was a big mistake.  Preparation is the name of the game here isn't it?  How does this relate to real estate?  When you are searching for a house you want someone helping you who is prepared.  Someone who knows the homes, someone who has practiced (experienced).   You also have to be free with your information when planning your home search.  When you don't give your agent the information asked for when you contact them, you won't have the results you expected.  I have a set of questions for you, designed to make our homesearch more productive.  Wouldn't you like to contact me and begin?  There are several properties in the area to fit most requirement now, some great buys on the Chattahoochee River.  Let's talk!!!

It is important to be prepared in our business. I know you will take care of anyone coming to your area.

I find it ironic how many people were making excuses for the performer....she was nervous etc.... If she was on American Idol they would not have let her move on to the next level.

Hi Flynn, practice is where it is at.  I am betting there wasn't enough practice before this event!  Have a great fall season!
