Real Estate Broker/Owner with Trombley Real Estate

Parade of Homes is once with us again.

About 10 days ago signs were being put up for the Parade of Homes in Granville, Franklin and Vance counties. These signs are Yellow with Black letters saying Parade of Homes. Follow one of these signs and before you know it you will be touring a new homes that most likely will be for sale. Also, once you get to one of these homes you will be able to pick up a Tri-County book that shows where every parade of home is and then you are off and running to your next home.

If you are looking for some subdivision that have the Parade of Homes. Find places in Franklin County like Tanager Farms or Barham Hollow. Granville county will be Silverleaf. There are so many locations you must follow a sign and get the book.

Remember this event will be going on for the next 3 weekends. The homes will be open from noon to 5 pm. every Saturday and Sunday.

This is a must see. Do not miss it. This event comes around only once a year. It is the time that the builders get to show off what they can do to build you your next new home.

So the dates are

September 22nd & 23rd

September 29th & 30th

October 6th & 7th

Now this event will over lap with the Wake County Parade of Homes, But the Tri-County is a must see. See what you can get just a little ways out of Raleigh, NC.

And if you are interested in purchasing one of these parade homes and do not have a real estate agent, give me a call and I will be more than happy to help you purchase your next new home.
