This 1,500 + sq foot Villa is furnished to accomodate Ohana. The 3 bedrooms have a King sized bed, a Queen sized bed and the 3rd bedroom has twins that can be converted to a very comfortable King. In addition to that there is a full sized sleeper sofa in the living room too, so this Villa sleeps 8 easily. She is a perfect place to come to on the gathering island to do a little gathering of your own. Located on the 2nd floor, the lanai faces the full view of the beautiful grounds and the blues of the ocean beyond.

This Villa is being completely refurnished and the furniture and decor are all brand new. The availablity is excellent and for the time being, it is priced for only $2,899 / week including all taxes, cleaning, fees and parking based on a 7 night stay. The signature Gourmet kitchens, granite counters and fabulous appliances are similar in all of the units along with the pocket glass doors that retract inside the walls to maximize your views. 


           

The finish of each unit is very similar with minor differences in decors as each of the owners have added their own personal touches. Floor plans vary and are attached in each of the unit descriptions below. Prices vary for the various units and the quoted prices include parking, internet and cable, all taxes, checkin and cleaning fees. Each of the units above have the photos from their Lanai's, and the pictures above are from the Architects Model to give you a feel of the Beach tower and Ocean tower as well as the locations within them. The Beach Tower is the building closest to the beach and the Ocean Tower is the building toward the back of the property with the views of the grounds and the ocean. I am very familiar with each of these properties and as a resident of Ko Olina, may be able to assist you with other information about the area also.
