Personally, I have been practicing for 10-years and found that my answers were not exactly in line with survey results and consumer opinions. From the vantage point of a practicing Colorado Real Estate Broker, I find that I have had strong opinions toward a specific brand (when I was attached to that specific brand).
Brokerages are different and small advantages could exist in one area or another, most often for the broker/agent and not the client. Nonetheless, I have served customers and clients at Prudential, Keller Williams, and other small brokerage firms in between. I have also considered hanging my license with Re/Max. No matter where I have practiced, in the end it comes down to competency and customer service on an individual agent/broker level. To my surprise the survey results seem to agree.
