We have a plethora of properties on the market in just about every price range. So, how can a seller or a listing agent really help their home stand out? Of course, there's the usual "price it right", "keep it clean and fresh smelling" but there may be more one can do...These techniques really attract the interest of buyers and certainly help it to stand out especially in a crowded market. First, have the sellers write a letter or make a list of the features or uses of space in the home that they have really enjoyed. They may want to share the reason they purchased the property. Next, create an album or display of photos...perhaps photos from other seasons or some before and after photos of great remodel projects. Third, consider branding the property. Give the property a name that is descriptive. One seller in our area branded their home "Pelican's Nest", a waterfront retreat.
Putting a story with a property may just be the touch that keeps your property at the forefront in the buyer's search.
