Great finish for 2010 condo market as well

The condo/villa market finished just as well as the single family for the month of December with a whopping 431 sales compared to 260 for the prior month. Median Sales price was $128,200, a 6% increase from last December. That is some great momentum going into the 2011 snowbird season. If you have your condo listed, this is the best time to make sure you are priced to sell as demand as increased significantly. Ask you realtor if an updated market analysis on your townhome or villa to see if a price adjustment is necessary.
