Everyone wants to be a winner …and to be associated with winners …those who exude excellence and make what they do look effortless.
What are the qualities which transform you from being just average to being the very best?
Sometimes Agents wonder at what winners do and try to duplicate their actions hoping they can reproduce the Top Producers success. Sometimes it’s more what we say “NO” to that gives us a better chance at success. Let’s look at some of the things Winners “DO” and “DON’T DO.”
Winners Don’t:
Complain about their circumstances
Negative Actions or Re-Actions
Wait around for things to change or “get better”
Use electronic communication/ social media as a crutch to avoid calling
Have an “it’s all about me” attitude
Avoid hard work
Use gimmicks
Give up …EVER!
Winners Do:
Stay focused on their goals even when things get rough
Maintain great amounts of positive attitude
Consistently look for new business
Network , Network, and Network
Use voice to voice and face to face communication to build relationships
Master the basic fundamentals of real estate
Practice their skills … always looking for personal improvement
Look for solutions to their own challenges
Give back of their time and talents
Stay determined even when their determination is tested
The formula for success looks and feels a lot like hard work doesn’t it?
Webster Definition of Winner: “one who is successful through ability or hard work.”
Take a hard look at your own daily activities and match them to the above Do and Don’t lists….Adopt 2-3 of the habits from the lists and commit to implementing them over the next 30 days and discover how positive changes occur!
What have you got to lose … A bad attitude?
