Looking for a Farmer's Market in North San Diego County? 

There is nothing better than supporting local farmers and consuming fresh fruits and vegetables.  Pick up some flowers for your loved ones while you are there!

SUNDAYS - Solana Beach 1-5pm - Located at 410 Cedros Avenue (corner of Cedros and Rosa St)  Features fruits and vegetables in season as well as fresh breads, orchids, organic kettle corn, cheeses, olives and baked goods.  When you are finished at the market take some time to stroll on Cedros Avenue and visit the local shops and new winery.

                      Leucadia 10am-2pm - Located on the grounds of Paul Ecke Elementary School at 185 Union Street (corner of Vulcan and Union).  Live music, artisans, as well as plenty of produce.

TUESDAYS - Escondido Farmer's Market 3-6:30pm - Located on Grand Avenue between Juniper and Kalmia St.  This market is celebrating 15 years of operation.  Features organic fruits, vegetables, flowers, herbs, honey, tamales, salsas, crafts, jewelry and much more.  Vendors are required to grow their goods in California and sell the product directly through the person that produced them.

WEDNESDAYS - San Marcos Farmers Market 1-5pm - Located off Twin Oaks Valley Road in the parking lot at Cal State San Marcos.  this is one of the newer farmer's markets and it is slowly gaining popularity as the word gets out. 

THURSDAYS - Oceanside Farmers Market 9am-1pm and 5pm-9pm - Located at Pier View Way (between North Coast Highway and Ditmar Street) One of the largest farmers markets featuring musical acts, kiddy play areas, hot and cold foods, seafood and unique craft items.

FRIDAYS - San Marcos Meadowlark Market 2pm-4pm - Located at Meadowlark Community Church 1918 Redwing St. - Features meats, poultry, art, music, hot and cold food as well as local produce and seafood.

SATURDAYS - Vista Farmers Market - 8am-12pm Located at Vista County Courthouse 325 S. Melrose Drive - Voted "one of the best" by Sunset Magazine.   This market has been going for over 20 years and features 50-60 vendors with over 40 of them being certified organic farmers. Other items are flowers, arts and crafts, seafood, cheese from one of the few Southern California cheese makers, fresh tortilla chips and salsa, and more.

                            Del Mar Market 1-4pm - Located at 1050 Camino Del Mar between 10th and 11th Streets - Features  handcrafted jewelry, imported linens, flowers, fresh kettle corn and much more as well as flowers, fruits and vegetables.
