Texas Home Programs Homebuyer Education

When looking at the Forbes 400 - The Richest People in America List, I came to the conclusion that I should have either married someone with the last name of Walton (Walmart), taken more computer courses (Microsoft, Apple, Google), been nicer to nerds (Zuckerberg, Gates) or should have taken more notes in my Finance courses at Texas A&M (hedge funds, banking).

These people are all worth over....

$1 Billion Dollars!

(<---- looks amazingly like Daddy Warbucks, doesn't he?)

But, I didn't.

So unless you are Bill Gates, Jerry Jones, Donald Trump or Jay Z, buying a home is perhaps one of the largest financial commitments most people will make in their lifetime.

Fortunately, there are MANY programs available to homebuyers that want to GIVE YOU MONEY so that you can live the American Dream of homeownership.

But where, oh where do you look to find ALL these programs you keep hearing about? Are they held in a secret vault? Does the CIA keep the list? Maybe you have to locate a bronze lamp and rub it until a magic Genie appears and they'll reveal the source of the homebuyer assistance programs.

It's really not that hard, actually...

Thanks to www.TxHomePrograms.org!

That's right, Texas buyers! It's as simple as going to this site, sponsored by the Texas Association of Realtors, and plugging in where you want to buy, if you're a first time home buyer or not, and what kind of assistance you need, like:

  • Downpayment Assistance
  • Closing Cost Assistance
  • Below-Market Mortgage Interest rates
  • Relaxed Qualifications
  • No-Downpayment Financing
  • Employer/Occupation Programs
  • Purchase Rehabilitation
  • Veterans

The website also does a great job of providing information to consumers regrading issues that affect first-time buyers, like predatory lending, credit repair, the home buying process and even information regarding local first time buyer classes!
It's well worth looking into if you plan on purchasing Texas real estate in the future.

You can take help from www.TxHomePrograms.org...OR...you need to know where the millionaires hang out!
