Too bad reblogging is still temporarily disabled. That would be a very useful post to reblog. I just read where San Diego now has the largest concentration of military personnel in the free world, surpassing the D.C./Arlington area.

Thanks for the post Anita.  I work with a lot of VA buyers here in Northern California.  I am a USAA Certified Agent.  The problem I have been having these days...  too many REO/SS poor condition homes that don't meet the VA Loan Requirements.  I am trying to find some investors to purchase homes and advertise to the VA buyers.  We have some many homeless, or low ownership due to property condtion.  Any ideas on this?  We could help so many veterens us their "promised" 100% financing VA loan.  Help!
