I graduated from CB West, so I can say, the area is terrific.  I lived & my mom lives in Warrington PA.  Warrington Village to be exact.  Not far from Jamison and Warwick area.

(BTW, I'm not sure if you can do anything - I know she is now already under contract - but she has her home for sale - http://activerain.com/blogsview/190284/Terrific-Real-Estate-Buy)  I know in general, the market is not great up there from sellers point of view, but it seemed nothing in the Warrington Village stayed for sale for long, but hers has been for sale for couple of months now.  Any thoughts, tips or suggestions? Thanks!)
