Richard, I've had many people use USDA financing and while it does take a little longer, it is well worth it to them. It's a great program.

This is a fantastic mortgage program and many never consider using this when the income and property meet the requirements. We underwrite these in house which does speed up the process.

Wendy... Three weeks is too long. Call your local USDA office and ask them for an update or better yet have your buyer call them for the update. If you need the phone number give me a call and I will locate for you. Good luck!
