On your mark, get set, GO! The Mercedes Marathon is this weekend, with the 5K and Kids Marathon on Saturday at 8 AM and 10 AM, respectively. The Full Marathon, Half Marathon and 5-Person Relay begin at 7:03 AM Sunday morning at Linn Park in Downtown Birmingham.

In the mood for some R&B, jazz or blues? Ona's Music Room has reopened at Pepper Place and is featuring a Saturday concert with a Valentine's Day theme. Come enjoy some cool sounds and check out Ona Watson's new club....same great live music and dancing with even better acoustics than before.

FREE Concert at Cathedral Church of the Advent! The Chenault Duo will perform an organ concert at 4 PM Sunday afternoon on The Advent's 100-rank Grieb-Williams organ in the church's gorgeous sanctuary. Elizabeth and Raymond Chenault have thrilled audiences throughout the United States and Europe with their four hands and four feet at the organ.

The 40th Annual Birmingham O'Reilly World of Wheels will be at the BJCC Exhibition Hall this weekend. Tickets are $16 for adults, $5 for ages 6-11, 5 and under are free. Show hours are Friday 5 PM - 10 PM, Saturday 10 AM - 10 PM, and Sunday Noon to 7 PM. You might even win the Grand Prize Giveaway Car.....a brand new Toyota Yaris! As always there will be lots of attractions and celebrities (Greg McElroy, Kodi Burns, Billy The Exterminator, the 2011 World of Wheels Calendar Girls, SpongeBob and more).
