There will be a free First Time Home Buyer Seminar on Wednesday October 24th at the Jackson Street Boys  & Girls in Wilmington, DE.  The seminar will be from 6:30 PM till 8:00 PM and is open for anybody to attend.  Please pre-register so that you will have a seat available at the seminar.  Each participate will recieve a free Audio CD on Credit Scoring, Free Credit Scoring Handbook, Free Home Buying Handbook, and oppurtunity to recieve free copy of their credit report.

I appreciate your comment, but you will see my post is posted in a local section as an event that is free and educational and nothing is being sold.  Unlike your post which was posted to a group.  Everyone that attends the seminar will recieve a free audio CD on credit scoring, free credit scoring handbook, free home buying handbook, and a free copy of credit report.  It costs them nothing and they are not required to use any service that offer what so ever.  Now I checked out your website, what are you giving away.  I filled out your free leads and didn't recieve any so is that BS?

 What you think I am going to market outside of my licensed area just to give away free leads?  You must not have read the part where I say that I only advertise in the state of Minnesota but occasionally receive leads outside of the state which I give away.

John, do you get much response from the blog post for first time home buyers in AR and localism?  I am working with my loan officer to put a seminar together as well!

I haven't got much responce from AR and localism, don't if I am posting it correctly in localism though.  I get a better response from posting on craiglist.
