Desert Ridge: Toscana is right across the street from the soon to come CITY NORTH
People are always asking me what is being built across the street from Toscana of Desert Ridge.

Picture Kierland... bigger and better! 5.5 million-square-foot, mixed-use on 144 acres. This will be a mix of retail, restaurant, residential, hotel, office, cultural, civic, entertainment and fitness uses.
So far Nordstroms will be there as well as some great new places to eat: Kona Grill, Daily Grill, Il Fornaio, Blue Martini Lounge and Cameron Mitchel Restaurants. I've lots of rumers from Tiffany's, Prada, Gicci and even Bloomingdales...but NONE of those are confirmed. I will try to keep everyone updated as I get the press releases.
Living at Toscana is already a great location because you are in Desert Ridge and close to the 101 freeway. But as soon as CityNorth is complete...you'll have so much more to do and see!!
