After a hiatus of a few months, due to the holidays, the next Fundamentals of Home Inspection course, and field training, at Bellingham Technical College begins on Monday, February 28.
The classroom training takes a student through the fundamentals of home inspection training (mandated 120 hour course) and through the 40 hours of approved field training. The student who successfully completes the course (absences not allowed) is ready to sit for the state licensing exam.
This training is, largely so, tailored to Washington State. But we have had a number of students from out of the state come to our classes because, in comparing available courses, they wanted to take the BTC course.
