Speechless Spectacular Sold Sunday

I hope you'll let me brag a bit...I've had a lot of listings that have lanquished over the winter months here in Indy...but Spring is coming.   I just listed one two weeks ago and have received the offer and are through inspection so out comes the rider that hasn't seen the light of day for awhile.

Judith...I love love it when I can use that rider...it's not often enough.  I have a rider that says Merry Christmas too that I put out on the more visible signs around the holidays.
