Pay it forward,Helping the Homeless.

While most of us are going about our winter business,I noticed a flier posted at our local food bank which I donate too,was now asking for anyone with old but wearable boots and winter socks to please donate them also.I was surprised at the old trusty warm boots that i had lying around.I also asked a few of my former co workers to donate also.We were able to come up with a dozen pair of warm boots for the homeless vets that stay at the Salem mission.Somethingas simple as donating these items will help a less fortunate man keep walking with safe footwear in this record breaking snow that we have had this winter.So don't forget to donate your worn shoes and boots.The missions and shelters all will thank you.
