Culture Comes to Life! The popular World Adventure Series takes on an Egyptian flair October 2! Presented by filmmaker Sandy Mortimer, Egypt: Of Pharaohs and Fables offers a first-hand glimpse into 21st century life in this beautiful country. Showtimes are 1:30pm, 4pm and 7pm. Experience the culture for yourself in the Egyptian "souk" or marketplace -- where belly dancing, facepainting, food tasting bring Egypt to life in the Putnam's Grand Lobby. Mad for Mummies! New IMAX film and exhibit open October 5!
IMAX Film - Mummies: Secrets of the Pharaohs Walk back thousands of years to the wonders of ancient Egypt! A real-life Indiana Jones adventure complete with thieves and hidden treasure, and a modern day scientific journey to extract clues about the past. Sponsored by Scott County Regional Authority EXHIBIT - B.J. & Mabel's Egyptian Adventure Go on an adventure with B.J. and Mabel Palmer as they explore Egypt through this interactive exhibit! Everyone's a Critic begins October 10! Think you've got what it takes to be a critic? Here's your chance! Join us six Wednesdays this fall for the wildly popular IMAX film series, beginning October 10. For $5, critics receive film, pop and popcorn, as well as the opportunity to rate the film! Tickets are first-come, first-served and go on sale at 5pm each Wednesday. Showtimes are 6pm and 7pm.
