In these tough and challenging times, I have learned that one word stands out amongst others that if there was ever a time when we needed it to mean what it says...now is that time. It is a word we take for granted, but want so much to hear. the word is YES
I like hearing YES very much. In fact, when I hear NO, I find myself appreciating YES even more. Yes is a great customer service word. The value for the customer is obvious. Whatever they want or are inquiring about, the answer YES just does the trick. As the one servicing the customer, why wouldn't I want to give it my best and offer YES right off the bat and get the business plan flowing?
Now, it gets a little tricky sometimes and I have to follow up my YES with an explanation or a condition. You see somethings cannot be guaranteed, but best effort can bring about some really good results. My YES it can be done is usually predicated on factors that allow me to prevail.
YES, I can sell your home. It will have to be priced right, in good to fair condition, and available for showing.
YES, I can get you a loan mod. What the terms will be or when I will get them remains an unknown at this time.
YES, we can do a short sale. Your credit will be ruined, it will take time and you will have trouble getting a home loan for another 3-4 years.
YES, I can rent your property out. It will take time, must be in good repair and we must offer the necessary incentives to beat out the competition.
YES, I am a full service Real Estate agent. However, I don't do miracles, but I do produce results in time
YES, I will work with you on fees. But, I will need to be compensated for time spent and rewarded accordingly
YES, I realize that things are tough and challenging in today's Real Estate market. Be advised that having 33 years of variable experience in Real Estate to glean from allows me to be able to say YES to you most of the time.
YES
