Home used as a shooting range?

By

OK, there are always first time things in this business, but I think this one tops them all. My inspector found several issues with this foreclosed home, most of them obvious. Then he discovered that the crawl space had been used as a shooting range. So much so the foundation wall that was the target, actually was starting to crumble. That and the potential for lead dust ciculating throughout the home has caused my buyers to back away from this "deal".

What will they think of next?

Someone was not thinking. Shooting into the foundation is bound to cause a problem eventually. amazing the things we find in the homes we look at. We like our shooting sports here in Minnesota.

Make sure your home is "SOLD by Friday!"

I would be most worried about ricochets, but even that didn't phase them.
