Wise Agent is now integrated with Closing.com!

Wise Agent is always striving to be the complete resource for everything you need to organize and grow your business successfully. We are constantly updating our system based on your requests, and have many exciting new features coming out this year. Every so often we come across a company in the industry that we think our users would find valuable.

We are excited to announce our affiliation with Closing.com. Closing.com enables agents to estimate their clients’ monthly payments (including mortgage, homeowner’s insurance and property taxes), closing costs (including title insurance, settlement services, local property taxes, and transfer and recording fees), and the total amount of cash needed at closing. In addition to calculating estimated closing costs, Closing.com also allows agents to create buyer and seller net sheets, which can then be emailed from right within your Wise Agent Account. You can access the Closing Cost Calculator from any of your Checklists, or from the Property Summary page.

We’ve also incorporated another tool that allows you to comparison shop vendors in your area, helping you save your clients money. For example, using this tool you can search for Home Inspectors in your area, and compare prices as well as the services they provide. You can access this tool from the Important Contacts section of your Checklist, as well as from the Vendor List page.
