Wednesday's Positive Thought - Leading with a Smile

How much do you smile?

My 5 month old daughter has mastered the art of smiling and when the corners of her mouth go up all the problems go away! Each morning as you greet her the biggest smile comes across her face and just brightens your day, regardless is you have been up 10 time or tossed and turned about a deal that was falling apart. So not only does your smile make someone feel good it alos goes along way in boosting your own mood.

Smiling displays that you are a positive person without saying anything to anyone. It gives you a sence of warmth and provides a window to your innerfeelings. Smiling shows that you are open, confident and happy while setting a tone for the frist spoken word.

so smile today is Wednesday!! and don't forget to share those smiles with everyone you come in contact today!! Especially your office admin, they are your back bone and need a boost every once and a while!

Happy Wednesday!! :)

:o].  To add to what you said, I've been told that when you smile while talking on the phone it changes your "tone" - and clients pick up on that.

"Leading with a smile" sets the tone for the encounter. Starting with a positive attitude takes the edge off. While it may not last forever, it is best to start that way. Thanks for the reminder.

Thanks Kevin for the post and the message behind it.  Smiling sure is better than frowning. Good luck.
