Eddie - this looks like this listing is priced well...are you getting much activity on it? I'm with the Keller Williams office in Elk Grove and have sold several Prodigy Homes. They can be challenging as buyers seem to either really like them or they don't like them at all. This listing looks like it shows well and is priced good. Good luck with the listing.
