The latest statistics are out for January, 2011. Sales were as follows:

• ALLMLS: 4,022 (.2% down);
• Detroit: 385 (18.6% down);
• Livingston: 148 (0.7% down);
• Macomb County: 632 (4.8% up);
• Oakland County: 1,117 (4.0% up);
• Wayne County: 1,368 (2.9% up).
