Let's FACE IT!

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with John Nitzken REALTORS Louisville, KY (502) 639-9264

Every day, I am thankful I'm in a people business.  I like people and more importantly, I like helping people!

With so many high tech tools available to us, I still rely most on using the oldest tool available to me...my FACE (not to be confused with Facebook!).

We all have needs and as real estate professionals, I believe our greatest need is to be in front of our clients, as often as possible, Face-To-Face.  In doing so, I believe we also do best at meeting the needs of our clients.

Use technology to its full extent, to your advantage, but never forget - your greatest and most valuable tool is always with you, and the one you're most familiar with.  Now, just let your prospects and clients become familiar with it!

Regards - and best wishes for a very successful year!

Usually when I got to see the client they don't look like what I envisioned them to look like.  I'm sure the same thing is true when they first see me

Making the connection, one by one with your face is great. But if you are in to volume, reach, frequency, cloning with real full motion video using the eyeballs and ears of the real estate buyer, seller is one powerful tool.

John - good point. We sometimes think we get too busy to do the face to face time, but it's necessary.

Face to face meetings are usually the most productive since you can see the other person's body language. There's nothing like being there in person.

Our market is mainly a vacation/second home market. I have listing for people I have never met. I this type of market, you have to impress with your presentation and your voice. I know it is sappy, but I do keep a mirror at my desk and smile in it before calling someone.

This is so true, John. It's essential for us to personally meet our clients. We could build stronger relationship with them.
