Ebay like rating system for homes on the market?

I would like to see a system that would allow buyers and agents rate homes currently on the market. I am so sick of wasting my time and my client's time going to homes that sound good on the description but are misrepresented just to draw buyers in. If anyone knows of such a system I would be very interested.

We have been ebay sellers for 10 years now and we think that would be a great idea.  This feedback component has been added to many internet sites very successfully.

Scott-

Are you seeing THAT MUCH misrepresentation?

Is it spread out - or typically from one person or office?

Scott, I agree.  I am not a Realtor, but I have buyers going with realtors that get dwon b/c they see all these bad properties.

My parents live in the Dallas, TX area and sold their place.  They saud they have this type of ranking system.  It allows everyone in the home selling to see coments.  My parents liked it b/c they knew what people and realtors thought after they saw the home and they where told that one realtor liked what the saw about the home and made the effort to bring a buyer to the home.  Guess what..that is the buyer that put the offer on the home and it just closed.  Maybe we need one of these systems in IL..Why does TX have a lot of the fun stuff....lol

Good luck
