It's hard to believe in a City with the population of 38,000 that there are only 67 homes for sale but this is what happens with a Boom Town. Minot ND is a Boom Town due to Oil and also the expansion of our Air Force Base. Home prices are still affordable although they have certainly increased but purchasing is a much better deal then trying to find anything to rent in Minot ND.
