Steps to building a swimming pool and spa in Thousand Oaks Ventura County:

Permits and engineering -We handle this and it is always included in your price unless otherwise agreed to.

Equipment and Finish

SoCal Pool Builders will provide you with a start up and swimming pool training and care package . We will answer all of your new pool questions as well as provide you with professional service recommendations. We will be there to answer your questions even after we are long gone.
