Is this the Terramar HOA?

Josh came home tonight after a long day at Long Realty West Valley's Surprise, AZ office and told me about a strange phone call he had received on his cell phone. It was fellow Terramar resident from our little corner of Peoria, AZ, asking if she had reached the Terramar Homeowner's Association. Surprised, he said no, but that he could get her that information - after all, we live there too!

Needless to say - he was a little confused by the call, and asked her how she got his phone number. Her response? "I Googled the HOA and your number came up!" So, off to Google we went, and discovered that a post I had written about last September's Terramar HOA Annual Meeting showed up on the first page!

So, I'm officially impressed. And, for anyone else looking for the Terramar HOA information - here it is!
