Positioned almost central in the great state of Texas is a beautiful community with access to fine arts, major medical facilities and cutting edge research centers.  Bryan and College Station, also known as Research Valley has a vibrant local economy and is gearing up for more robust growth.

In the ten year period from 1990-2000 the growth in B/CS was 29%.  In the following five years growth was up an impressive 20.2%.  During this same period the total population percentage of students dropped from 60% to 50%, showing growth in other sectors besides the college.

The current pattern predicts the increase in retirees to be one of our largest growth trends,  One in four new residents will be retirees, mostly relocating to higher end neighborhoods.

According to the Real Estate Center (also located in Brazos Valley) B/CS is ranked #10 in the US for fastest, most sustained growth.

Come visit us and consider either relocating or investing in some of our excellent real estate bargains.  While you're here check out the George Bush Library, Texas A&M University and our highly ranked business school.

See you soon!

It must be an awkward feeling, being from the same area as George Bush?  You know, considering his popularity and all.
