WHY USE A BUYERS AGENT!!

This morning I was doing my usual routine at the gym, and accidentaly got into a converstion with a guy that had alot of questions about Real Estate because he was getting ready to purchase.   He had visited some Condo Towers, but was never told he had a right to have someone work on his behalf , He had not thought about important  questions like  can I rent out my unit?  how  stong is the reserves in the assocation?  Is it better for resale to buy a 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom.  It is very important before you make that final decision that you have investigated all areas and hopefully did your homework.   We  as Buyers Agents are not good for only showing buyers homes and condos, but our experience and knowledge is priceless! So needless to say, I have a new client !
