Realtors® benefit too! As a task based advocate, Realtors get paid for the work they do when they do it. No more waiting for a successful closing to get paid for ALL their hard work.
It's time to 
separate the commission scenario for home buyers. From a value standpoint, with home buyers eliminating the risks themselves, they deserve the reward of a big payday.
