Some home sellers forget about the fact that the house can disclose a lot about them if they don't prepare it carefully for showings. Sometimes they leave important documents or mails where potential buyers can easily see them and think that buyers simply won't pay attention to them. Some may forget the results of an inspection or foreclosure documents in a drawer and after noticing them they buyer will ask for a reduction.
