Greg says summer vacation is basically a three month guilt trip. He says he is more of an indoor person. Unfortunately, Greg’s mom thinks different than Greg. His mom’s idea is to have a perfect summer vacation. When Greg and Rowley invited a girl along, she went and fell in love with the lifeguard. That vacation was terrible.

Well, this book was great. I loved it.

My 9 year old loves these books, too! His best friend was spending the night a few weeks ago, and had packed a book to bring along. About 10:00 at night, I walk in and both of these boys had whipped out books and were READING on a Friday night. Needless to say, I was so amazed and impressed. Cannot imagine life without books!

That was a good review job. I bought a DVD of the original movie for my grandkids for Christmas, and they really enjoyed it. When they are better readers I'll have to start them on the books.
