A good morning.....Here in Greater Boston

For some today starts the school vacation week where families may head to ski country or warmer climates...For others, it is time to finish purging and getting the home ready for sale. I believe strongly that the market has bottomed out in terms of pricing...are there still tough times ahead-of course. The markets, however, are showing signs that with low interest rates, a voluminous amount of inventory, and a 35%-60% haircut from top prices in '05-'06 why would you not want to buy? We all need to remind folks to buy within their comfort level....IN addition have them vision the 1972 statement I use: the best time to buy a home was in 1972; the second best time is tomorrow.... This will allow them to see that time stops for no one and we cannot get back lost opportunity.... Enjoy your weekend and continued success-Jay
