For zip codes with combined sales of 10 or more, downstown San Diego had the highest number of sales in January at 67 but that number was down from 86 a year ago in 2010.
Tierrasanta saw the largest median price drop falling from $610,000 in January 2010, to $375,000 this year 2011. a 38.5% decrease. The median price for all San Diego County homes fell to $304,000 from $333,000 in December or 8.7%.
