Looks like the market is moving pretty briskly.  Is this the "norm" for the area - or unusual?

Tony - It's definitely unusual - there were no more than 10 listings at one time in this area - always 2 pending and they would close in less than 90 days.  There's a lot more inventory and it is not moving.  It's very similar to other small cities within Miami.
