Good news for slow-to-start house hunters in Dakota County

Minnesota's official house hunting season is about to complete its third week, and there are still a few house hunters who haven't started.  The best deals are always gone in the first couple weeks, and the competition for what's left is getting stronger every day.  As renters receive the news of rent increases in their lease renewal notices, many are electing to try to fire the landlord.  More house hunters make the job of getting the best home at the best price even more difficult.  But, don't worry, I have a plan.

The good news for the procrastinators is that at least two days of this three day weekend is not going to see many house hunters on the street.  Most folks agree that it's just no fun touring homes for sale in thundersnow.  You have been helped by the weather.

You aren't going to get many more chances to catch up with the other house hunters, so let's talk about getting in the game.  Call me to arrange a fun, free house hunting and landlord firing strategy session.  It takes about an hour, and we will put together a plan to get you out of that place before the rent goes up.  Call me now.

We're starting to see an increase in inventory, so we won't see "leftovers" in my market for a few months.

More opinions than you want to hear about.

No matter how much inventory, there's only one best deal. Inventory may be a challenge for sellers, but it doesn't reduce the urgency for buyers.  By the way, if it keeps snowing here, I'm only going to show two story homes.
