Most of us claim to want some type of healthcare reform. Most of us can name a few problems with the existing system. Most of us have a few repairs we would like to see performed.
I just found a big flaw.
Doctors who lie.
Take a look at the news coming out of Wisconsin. Yep. The teachers are protesting. Their right. They are purposely missing work by "calling in sick". A lie. It gets better.
All over the news were accounts of actual doctors setting up shop right next to the protesters in order for the teachers, who were supposedly sick, to get a "sick note" from a real doctor. Any doctor who lies in this case should have their license pulled.
I think we may have just found something that both conservatives and liberals can agree on. If these so-called doctors are willing to lie about this, what else will they lie about? I thought they were supposed to have some ethical standards.
If our healthcare is going to get back on track, we cannot have liars in the midst of it.
