I NEED SOME GOOD FEEDBACK: Paying for monthly fees!!!!

Hi all.  I am sure many of you have been through this process... I would like to cut to the chase, and see what you all have found to be most effective.

Currently, I have a Blog website through Wordpress.  I pay $29.95 to 1 Park Place for my back office, which is very hard to keep up with, and is WAY out of date..I don't have enough time to imput all the leads I get daily.

I also pay $29.95 to Deverse solutions for a really great IDX mapping solution, which pinpoints local property listings..

I pay for Realtor.com, do AR blogs, am a Rainmaker, am on Trulia, and many ads on CL.

I don't think the 1 park place is working for me, and I want to scale down my monthly fees and use that money for advertising elsewhere.

Any opinions? What has or is working for you?

Thanks!!

I

Sher, looks like you answered your own question about  1Park Place. I try to be every where and if I pay I expect an ROI, I am not a big fan of Realtor.com either depends who you talk to mixed reviews for the ammount of money in my opinion:))

LEADING YOU HOME!

I was trained that you really need a back office, but I don't see the point, unless you have the time or someone to update it once a week...

I think it's going bye bye...

thanks

Why are you paying for Realtor.com? and what are you paying?  I tried that once and it took them 6 weeks to try and get me out there and they didn't. It was a 3 month trial which I cancelled within the time frame and they continued to take the $800.00 a month out of my account until I filed a complaint.

I use Point2Agent for my website and don't need all the other stuff - it reaches out to about 45 other websites. AND, Coldwell Banker reaches out to about 60 - so I don't waste money out on the other stuff...waste, big waste.
